  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 120 Musgrave St – opposite Red Rooster and Cranston Pies.


  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Our staff are on-site from 8 AM to 5 PM daily to assist you with any needs or questions.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Do you have accounts for business customers?

    Yes, we do. Our accounts use a fleet card system that is active at both Rocky Car Wash & Car Wash on Canning. To open an account please click here to fill out the application form. If you have any questions, please email admin@eyedol.com.au.


  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, we offer gift cards. They are individually produced and emailed to you. You can nominate the value of the gift card. To purchase, please email us at admin@eyedol.com.au.


  • What types of car wash services do you offer?

    We offer a range of car wash services, including:


    • 2 touchless automatic wash machines
    • 3 self-serve manual wash bays
    • 4 vacuum cleaners
    • A carpet shampooer
    • A fragrance machine
    • Vending machines with car care products such as Armorall and soft drinks
    • A change machine

  • Can you wash large vehicles like trucks and caravans?

    We can accommodate caravans, boats and mid-size trucks in our self-serve bays. Please use Bay 3 so as not to obstruct other traffic on site. This is the bay that is straight ahead as you enter the site.

  • What are the height restrictions on the bays?

    • The height limit for the automatic wash bays is 2.1 metres. There is a height bar prior to entering the wash.
    • The height limit on the self-serve wash bays is 3.1m.

  • Do you have a dog wash?

    No, we don’t have a dog wash.

  • Do you offer interior cleaning and detailing?

    We do not offer interior cleaning and detailing services. However, we do have a wide range of car care products to help you clean your car so that it is sparkling clean inside and out.

  • What should I do if I experience an issue with the car wash?

    If you encounter any issues or have any concerns during your visit, please speak to a staff member on-site or contact us at admin@eyedol.com.au. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any problems promptly.
